unserer Bio-Kugelschreiber und <strong>Recycling</strong>-Kugelschreiber<br />
energieoptimiert und ressourcenschonend<br />
aufgebaut - einfach Öko eben.<br />

Die Auswahl der Rohstoffe für die Marke klio eco ®<br />
erfolgt auf Basis regionaler Aspekte und im Hinblick<br />
auf deren Verwendungsmöglichkeit bei der<br />
Fertigung.<br />

Unsere Umwelt-Marke umfasst neben Schreibgeräten<br />
aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen ebenso<br />
Kugelschreiber aus recyceltem Kunststoff. Wir<br />
unterscheiden also biobasierte Kugelschreiber<br />
und recycelte Kugelschreiber.<br />
Der Druck auf dem Werbe-Kugelschreiber<br />
Selbstverständlich lässt sich auf einem Bio-Kuli<br />
wie auch auf einem <strong>Recycling</strong>-Kuli ein Werbe-<br />
Druck, wie z. B. ein Logo oder Slogan, völlig<br />
unproblematisch realisieren.<br />

Unsere Bio-<strong>Modelle</strong> bieten wir in 8 frischen<br />
Biofarben an. Die <strong>Recycling</strong>-Kugelschreiber sind<br />

Alle unsere Kunststoff-Schreibgeräte werden mit Photovoltaik,<br />

erstreckt sich dabei über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette. Planung<br />
und Design, Konstruktion, Spritzgießen aller Kugelschreiber-Bauteile,<br />
der Mechaniken und der Minenrohre sowie Minenfertigung, Montage,<br />
Druck und Veredelung, Logistik und Qualitätsmanagement erfolgen am<br />
Firmensitz in Wolfach im Schwarzwald.<br />
Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf einer nachhaltigen Produktion. Das bedeutet<br />
für uns nicht nur den Einsatz von nachhaltigen Materialien, sondern vor<br />
allem die Vermeidung CO2-intensiver Herstellungsprozesse. Zudem setzen wir<br />
auf regionale Zulieferer, wo immer sich das realisieren lässt. Unser Unternehmen<br />

Das komplette Gehäuse unserer Bio-<strong>Modelle</strong> wird<br />
aus biologisch abbaubaren PLA-Kunststoffen, die<br />
nach DIN EN ISO 13432 zertifiziert sind, hergestellt.<br />
Basis der speziellen Bio-Kunststoffverbindung sind<br />
pflanzliche und damit nachwachsende Rohstoffe.<br />
Zur Herstellung von PLA können grundsätzlich alle<br />
stärkehaltigen Pflanzen (Kartoffeln, Mais, Zuckerrübe,<br />

nach DIN EN ISO 12757-2 dokumentenechte Silktech L-Mine mit bleifreier Edelstahlspitze und einer<br />
Schreiblänge von 3.000 m (optional 5.000 m) ein.<br />
Our ballpoint pen refills are 100% manufactured in-house. In all models, we use our DIN EN ISO 12757-2<br />
document-proof Silktech L refill with lead-free stainless steel tip and a writing length of 3,000 m (optionally<br />
5,000 m).<br />

DIN EN ISO 12757-2 dokumentenechte Silktech L-Mine mit bleifreier Edelstahlspitze und einer Schreiblänge<br />
von 3.000 m (optional 5.000 m) ein. Noch umweltfreundlicher ist die Variante aus recyceltem Kunststoff (rPP).<br />
Our ballpoint pen refills are 100% manufactured in-house. In all models, we use our DIN EN ISO 12757-2<br />
document-proof Silktech L refill with lead-free stainless steel tip and a writing length of 3,000 m<br />
(optionally 5,000 m). The variant made of recycled plastic (rPP) is even more environmentally friendly.<br />
