Victoria Lee London Bereits während des Studiums am Stamford College in Lincolnshire entdeckte Victoria Lee ihre Begeisterung für Camouflage Make-up und leistete in ihrer Laufbahn Ausgezeichnetes in dieser Disziplin. Als Dozentin genießt sie international Anerkennung. Zur Zeit arbeitet sie unter anderem im Team von Großbritanniens Next Topmodel und demnächst für die amerikanische Staffel dieser Show. Bernd Staatz Düsseldorf Nach der Ausbildung zum Maskenbildner bei den Bühnen der Stadt Köln arbeitete Bernd Staatz als Chefmaskenbildner in Bonn, Nizza und Hamburg. Er leitet ein Atelier für Masken- und Perückenausstattungen für Theater, Film und Fernsehen und ist seit 2005 Chefmaskenbildner an der Deutschen Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. After training as a theatrical make-up artist at the Cologne theatre Bernd Staatz worked as a Senior Make-Up Artist in Bonn, Nice and Hamburg. He manages an atelier for masks and wigs for the theatre, movies and television and since 2005 he has headed the team of make-up artists at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. Barney Nikolic London/Berlin Barney Nikolic ist Spezialist für Theatermasken, Charakter- Make-up, Special Effects und Prosthetics. Er betreibt ein eigenes FX Make-up Studio und arbeitet für Film, Fernsehen und Bühne sowie als Dozent. In der Filmwelt ist er durch Arbeiten in Blood Rayne, In 80 Tagen um die Welt und Harry Potter bekannt. Barney Nikolic is a specialist for theatre make-up, character make-up, special effects and prosthetics. He runs his own FX make-up studio and works on movie sets, for TV and the stage. He is also a lecturer. In the movie business, he is renowned for his work on films such as Blood Rayne, Around the World in 80 Days and Harry Potter.
Jos Brands Antwerpen Jos Brands erlernte den Beruf des Maskenbildners an der Royal Opera Antwerpen und arbeitete im Lauf seiner internationalen Karriere für Film, Fernsehen, Theaterbühnen, Modefotografen, Designer und Werbeprojekte. Die Lehrtätigkeit liegt ihm sehr am Herzen, er gibt weltweit Seminare für Airbrush, Bodypainting und High Definition Make-up. Nicole Heydenrijk Auckland Die gebürtige Niederländerin Nicole Heydenrijk betreibt in Neuseeland ein Studio für Make-up, Special Effects, Face und Body Art. Sie begann mit Brustabdeckungen zu arbeiten, um 3D-Effekte in ihren Bodypainting-Arbeiten zu erreichen. Mittlerweile produziert sie Prosthetics auch für internationale Schauspieler. Born in the Netherlands, Nicole Heydenrijk runs a studio for make-up, special effects, face and body art in New Zealand. In order to achieve 3D effects in her body painting work, she started to use prosthetics, such as breast covers. She is now also producing prosthetics for international actors. Alexander Schier Düsseldorf Alexander Schier absolvierte seine Ausbildung an der Deutschen Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. Hier ist er seit dem Jahr 2000 als Ausbilder und seit 2005 als stellvertretender Chefmaskenbildner tätig. Außerdem arbeitet er für Film- und Fotoproduktionen sowie als Dozent an der Toneelacademie, der Theater- Akademie in Maastricht. Alexander Schier completed his training at the “Deutsche Oper am Rhein” in Düsseldorf. He has now worked here as an instructor since 2000 and as the Assistant Senior Make-Up Artist since 2005. Furthermore, he is in charge of make-up for many film and photo shoots and passes on his expertise as a lecturer at the “Toneel- academie”, Maastricht’s theatre academy. Dr. Benno Hartung Düsseldorf Dr. Benno Hartung ist Facharzt für Rechtsmedizin an der Universität Düsseldorf. Was Maskenbildner als Special Effects nachbilden, untersucht er im Original: Schuss- und Schnittwunden, Verbrennungen, Verwesungen und vieles mehr. Mit Obduktionen und Gutachten liefert er wichtige Informationen für die Rekonstruktion von Unfällen und Verbrechen. Dr. Benno Hartung specialises in forensics at the Düsseldorf University. The things that make-up artists simulate as special effects are the things that he examines in real life: gunshot wounds and cuts, burns, decay and much more. With autopsies and expert opinions he provides important information for the reconstruction of accidents and crimes.
