Studio “Core Pilates”<br />
Gründerin Simone Hörster praktiziert seit 1998 Pilates, besonders wichtig ist ihr<br />
ein authentischer Umgang mit der klassischen Methode. Neben der renommierten<br />
Ausbildung bietet das Studio spezielle Workshops und ein umfangreiches<br />
Kursangebot. Unter sorgfältiger Betreuung des internationalen Trainer-Teams<br />
werden die Übungen systematisch und kontrolliert im Bewegungsfluss vermittelt.<br />
Das Publikum schätzt die persönliche Athmosphäre in dem verborgenen Loft mit<br />

Die erste Kollektion von FILDECOTON wurde in einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit<br />

Core Pilates Studio<br />
Simone Hörster founder of the Core Pilates Studio has been practicing Pilates<br />
since 1998, and places particular emphasis on an authentic approach to the classical<br />
method. Apart from its renowned training program, the studio offers unique<br />
workshops and an extensive range of courses. The exercises are taught systematically<br />
and precisely in flowing sequences under the supervision of an international<br />
team of instructors.<br />
Visitors to the studio appreciate the personal atmosphere in the cozy loft with<br />
garden, as an urban oasis in Berlin, as well as the flexible reservation system which<br />
makes it easy to integrate effective training into their everyday lives. It is no<br />
wonder that this studio was voted a “PRINZ TOP Location 2011”!<br />
