Entwicklung DDS
– Directional Drilling Service GmbH ( DDS ) ist ein eigenständiges
Dienstleistungsunternehmen in der Erdöl- und Erdgasbranche und bietet seit über
einem Jahrzehnt hochwertigen und zuverlässigen Service.
– Unsere Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu erkennen und Alternativen bei
bohrtechnischen Problemen anbieten zu können, trägt wesentlich zu unserer
langjährigen gefestigten Position in diesem Geschäftsbereich bei.
– DDS wurde im Frühjahr 1988 als reine Richtbohrfirma gegründet und beendete
bereits nach zwei Monaten die erste Richtbohrung für die RWE- DEA (ex- Texaco).
– Das professionelle DDS- Team avancierte schnell zum willkommenen Partner für
Planungsingenieure der großen Erdöl- und Erdgasfirmen bei der Ausarbeitung
optimaler Bohrungsverläufe für verschiedenste Anwendungen.
– Im Laufe der Zeit vergrößerte DDS kontinuierlich die Zahl der benötigten Werkzeuge
und bietet heute selbst eine umfangreiche Palette von Richtbohrequipment.
– Anfangs operierte DDS nur in Deutschland, weitete den Geschäftsbereich dann aus
und erarbeitete sich eine gute Reputation in Ländern wie Österreich, Holland,
Frankreich, Polen, Rumänien und Indonesien.
Unser Unternehmen hat bis heute über 85 gerichtete oder horizontale Bohrungen
abgeteuft, darunter technisch äußerst anspruchsvolle „Designerbohrungen“ oder
tiefe Hochtemperatur- Hochdruck- Bohrungen.
– 1995 hat DDS das Tätigkeitsfeld auf den Bereich des gesteuerten
Horizontalspülbohrverfahrens ausgeweitet und bis heute weit über 100
Unterquerungen in Deutschland, Polen, Frankreich, Holland, Belgien, Griechenland,
Brasilien und Indien erfolgreich durchgeführt.

– Planung und Engineering
Computergestützes Bohrlochsdesign, Analyse von Belastungsfällen im Bohrloch zur
Abschätzung der Durchführbarkeit von Bohrprojekten oder Auslegung von
Bohranlagen, Überwachung der Bohrparameter laufender Projekte und Analyse /
Beseitigung bohrtechnischer Probleme.

Hochwertiges Bohrzubehör wie antimagnetische Schwerstangen, Stabiliser,
Neigungsübergänge usw.

BICO MOTORS
BICO Flex Drill motors are available in two basic motor series that define their speed and
torque output:
P 150 Series
Performance Characteristics: High torque, low speed
General Applications: Directional applications requiring high torque or high WOB
Compatible Bit Types: Roller cone, PDC
P 360 Series
Performance Characteristics: Medium torque, medium to high speed
General Applications: ROP optimization with diamond or PDC bits
Compatible Bit Types: Natural and impregnated diamond, toothmill, PDC
Within each series, motor are available in a variety of lengths and configurations to
match specific drilling requirements. The designations used to describe these variations
along with their specific applications are as followed:
P 150 Series

Erfolgreiche Projekte- DDS
Gasspeicher
Gebohrt wurden 11 Horizontalbohrungen in vier unterschiedliche druckabgesenkte
Sandsteinlagen von jeweils ca. 10 m Mächtigkeit.
Die ersten fünf Horizontalstrecken wurden unterbalanciert mit einem Schaumsystem gebohrt,
die zweiten sechs Bohrungen mit einem konventionellen Spülungssystem unter 180 bar
Differenzdruck in die Formation.
Sämtliche Bohrungen wurden abgeteuft ohne sicherheits- oder umweltrelevanter Probleme.
Die gesamte Richtbohrplanung, das „Engineering“ und die Durchführung der
Richtbohrarbeiten lag in der Hand von DDS.

Öl- Produktionsbohrungen Offshore
Gebohrt wurden 6 geneigte und 5 Horizontalbohrungen in vier unterschiedliche
Sandsteinlagen, um Deutschlands größtes Ölreservoir in Produktion zu nehmen.Die
Bohrarbeiten geschahen in zwei Stufen, um möglichst frühe Inproduktionsnahme zu
gewährleisten, die dritte Phase befindet sich im Planungsstadium.
Die gesamte Richtbohrplanung, das „Engineering“ und die Durchführung der
Richtbohrarbeiten lag in der Hand von DDS.
