aufzustellen.
Die Rotainer ® -Beizanlage
wird an Strom, telefon, Wasser,
Druckluft und abwasser
angeschlossen. Bei außenaufstellung
sind zusätzlich Heizungsanschlüsse
vorzusehen.
Die anschlusswerte werden
nach klärung der technischen
Details angegeben.
Die Rotainer ® -Beizanlagen
müssen auf einem tragfähigen
Untergrund aufgestellt
werden. Für die außenaufstellung
kann auch ein Streifenfundament
erstellt werden.
eine Sicherheitswanne
ist für die aufstellung nicht
erforderlich, da die container
mit integrierten Sicherheitswannen
ausgestattet sind.
es besteht auch die Möglichkeit,
die container in anderer
anordnung aufzustellen. Dies
bedarf einer zusätzlichen
technischen Detailplanung.

Bei außenaufstellung des
technikraumes wird der container
isoliert und mit einer
Raumheizung ausgestattet.
Das abwasser kann auch mit
einer Vakuum-Verdampferanlage
komplett zur Wiederverwendung
aufbereitet werden.
Somit fällt kein abwasser an!

Das Beizen in einer
Rotainer ® -Beizanlage ist eine
kostengünstige alternative
zum tauchbeizen und Sprühbeizen.
Die Vorteile beider
Beizverfahren kommen hier
zusammen.
Beim Rotainer ® -Beizen
werden die zu beizenden
edelstahlbauteile stetig mit
tauchbeize besprüht. Dem
Beizen kann eine entfettung
vor- und eine Passivierung
nachgeschaltet werden.
gebeizt werden können alle
Werkstücke, die mittels der
im Beizraum fest installierten
und variabel einsetzbaren
Düsen benetzbar sind.
tankreinigungsdüsen benetzen
die innenräume von
Werkstücken. Die max. zu
beizenden Werkstückgrößen
bestimmen die größe des
Rotainer ® -Beizraumes.
Mehrere arbeitsgänge können
automatisch hintereinander
ablaufen. Der Bediener
der Rotainer ® -Beizanlage hat
nur die aufgabe, die zu beizenden
Werkstücke in den
Beizraum zu bringen, eventuell
noch variable Düsen zu
positionieren und das gewünschte
Beizprogramm zu
starten.
nach Beendigung des Beizprogramms
spritzt der Bediener
die gebeizten und gespülten
teile mit Hochdruck
ab und fährt sie aus dem Beizraum.
Der Bediener kommt nicht
mehr mit der Beizsäure selber
in Berührung.

notwendig.
• Der Verbrauch an Beizsäure
ist sehr gering. Demzufolge
sind auch der Verbrauch an
neutralisationsmittel in der
abwasseranlage und der anfall
an Filterkuchen zur entsorgung
sehr gering.
• Standard-anlagen in containerbauweise
haben eine
länge von 6 bis 12 m. Die
container sind isoliert und
beheizbar und können auch
im Freien stehen.
• Durch die kompakte Bauweise

die Montage der anlage

sprayed with corrosive in a
rotation procedure. Pickling is
preceded by degreasing and
followed by passivation.
all materials that can be
sprayed by the nozzles which
are firmly installed in the
pickling room and are variably
usable are suitable for
pickling.
interior component surfaces
can be moistened by tank
cleaning nozzles. the maximum
size of components
to be pickled is only limited
by the dimensions of the
Rotainer ® -pickling room.

automatically.

SPS control. the operator just
