successful fast-drying microfibre towels. More than one
million pieces already find its way to the consumers.

This product range now consists of a number of smart torches

and easy on the wallet. The Smart Energy series is one
of Rubytec’s fastest growing product lines.

>Winter
The third product category in the Rubytec ® collection includes
useful winter products. It consists of a complete series
of warmers for the cold winter months. Gripfeet Alaska were
launched in 2010 – overshoes with ten spikes for use in icy
and snowy conditions. This year, another model was added
– Gripfeet Husky. Another new addition is Rubytec ® Ovis, an
ingenious solution to allow touch screen displays to be used
when wearing gloves.
Bei der dritten Produktgruppe von Rubytec ® handelt es sich um
praktische Produkte für den Winter. Diese Gruppe umfasst eine
komplette Wärmer-Serie für die Wintermonate. Im Jahr 2010
wurden die Anti-Rutsch-Füße Alaska eingeführt, für Schnee
und Eis geeignete Überschuhe mit nicht weniger als 10 Spikes.
In diesem Jahr ist noch ein weiteres Anti-Rutsch-Modell dazu
gekommen, der Husky. Eine weitere Neuheit ist der Rubytec
Ovis, eine schlaue Lösung, die Ihnen die Bedienung von Touch
screens ermöglicht, während Sie Handschuhe tragen.
>Smart Solutions
The fourth product group includes a series of products that
provide useful solutions to common problems when out and
about, or even for daily use. The Active Bottle Cooler was
launched in 2008. This is a patented product invented in the
Netherlands. In 2010, the Tonga Cleverbag was launched.
The Cleverbag is a compact plastic bag dispenser that fits
easily into any bag or trouser pocket. A multipurpose bag
handy at all times! The latest additions are the Mobile Hangers
(Mammoth and Rhino) for indoor and outdoor use and suitable
for a wide range of uses.
Bei der vierten Produktgruppe handelt es sich um eine Reihe
von Produkten mit praktischen Lösungen für ,Probleme’, mit
denen man unterwegs zu kämpfen hat, oder die im Alltag
besonders praktisch sind. So wurde im Jahr 2008 der Active
Bottle Cooler auf den Markt gebracht. Eine patentierte, original
niederländische Erfindung. Im Jahr 2010 wurde der Tonga
Cleverbag vorgestellt. Der Cleverbag ist ein kompakter Spender
mit Kunststoffbeuteln, der bequem in jede (Hosen-)Tasche passt.
Mit diesem Produkt haben Sie stets einen vielseitig verwendbaren
Beutel zur Hand. Neu im Programm sind die mobilen Aufhänger
(Mammoth und Rhino). Dieses für drinnen und draußen
geeigne te mobile Aufhängesystem ist vielseitig einsetzbar.

Towels+
Rubytec ® towels are made of ultra thin micro fibres and are composed of
85% polyester and 15% nylon. This combined with a special ‘High Density Contraction
(HDC)’ treatment – in which the fibres are heated in a unique way – results in a towel
that is ideal for various (outdoor) sports. Because of the countless micro fibres, the
towel has an enormous power to absorb, and because the fibres are so small the towel
dries very quickly.
Die Handtücher von Rubytec ® sind aus ultradünnen Mikrofasern hergestellt, sie beste-

Because of the success of the Rubytec ® towel, quite some counterfeit towels have
been put on the market. Only Rubytecs have the 85%/15% composition mentioned
above and have received the very important ‘HDC’ treatment. Because of this treatment
all specific qualities show up well. Rubytecs feel more pleasant, don’t give off fluff and
are very durable. Even after having been washed several times, Rubytecs still keep their
original functionality and colour. In the meantime, more than a million Rubytecs have
been sold. Not only for outdoor, but also for fitness, indoor sports and … baby care.
This Microfibre range was expanded with washcloths and pillowcases. A number of
advantages this material offers indeed also come in handy for these products.
Natürlich wurde versucht, den Erfolg der Handtücher von Rubytec ® zu kopieren. So
sind inzwischen ähnliche Konzepte und Imitate auf dem Markt. Aber nur Rubytecs

Rubytec ® has three different types of chargers. Three of the
chargers are equipped with a solar panel that features
sustainable mono-crystal, which offers the highest energy
yield (approximately 17%). All chargers come equipped with
a high-quality Li-ion battery.
There are two standard ways to charge the charger’s built-in
battery: by solar or by USB cable via PC/laptop. USB cable
via PC/laptop, Optional: use the Rubytec adapter (Fiji).

Gripfeet made from high-grade TPE rubber
that can withstand temperatures as low as
40 °C [40 °F]. They can be worn over any shoe
or boot. With twenty metal spikes, you’ll have a
firm foothold in even the slipperiest of conditions.
They are lightweight, available in various sizes
and come with their own nylon carry bag.

Smart Solutions
This group includes a series of products that provide useful solutions to common
problems when out and about, or even for daily use. The Active Bottle Cooler
was launched in 2008. This is a patented product invented in the Netherlands. In
2010, the Tonga Cleverbag was launched. The Cleverbag is a compact plastic
bag dispenser that fits easily into any bag or trouser pocket. A multipurpose bag
handy at all times! The latest additions are the Mobile Hangers (Mammoth and
Rhino) for indoor and outdoor use and suitable for a wide range of uses.
Bei diese Produktgruppe handelt es sich um eine Reihe von Produkten mit

Außen- und einer Innenhülle. Die Außenhülle
ist aus einem intelligenten mehrschichtigen
atem- und wasserabstoßenden Material
gemacht. Die Innenhülle, die nass gemacht
wird, besteht aus bakterien- und schimmelabweisender
gewobener Baumwolle.
Abhängig vom Luftfeuchtigkeitsgrad kann der
Active Bottle Cooler bis 6-12°C unter der
Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen.

Working principle
The Rubytec ® Active Bottle Cooler is
composed of two layers: an inner and an
outer cover. The inner cover is made of
intelligent, multilayer, breathing and water
repellent material. The inner cover, which
gets wet, is made of woven cotton that
has been treated with an anti-mould and
antibacterial agent. Depending on the air
humidity degree, the Active Bottle Cooler
can cool its contents well up to 6 to 12 °C
below the ambient temperature!
