assistance with activities<br />
of daily living, including<br />
housekeeping, bathing<br />
dressing and grooming.<br />
Adult Day Services —<br />
open to Weinberg residents<br />
and general community<br />
members up to 23 hours/<br />
daily — offer a full schedule<br />
of daily activities to<br />
individuals with memory<br />
loss, which is a great option<br />
for caregivers who<br />
need some respite. Residents<br />
at Weinberg Community<br />
can easily link to<br />
skilled nursing services at<br />
CJE’s Lieberman Center<br />
for Health and Rehabilitation<br />
in Skokie after a hospital<br />
stay and then make<br />
a smooth transition back<br />
to Weinberg Community<br />
under the close care of<br />
the experienced Weinberg<br />
