Associate Members $300.00 per table. This includes two company representatives,<br />
booth and meal. For each additional rep(s), please enclose $25.00.<br />
Non-Associate Members $620.00 which includes two company representatives, booth,<br />
meal and also your membership dues for <strong>2012</strong>. For each additional rep(s), please<br />
enclose $25.00.<br />
Sponsorships<br />
Bar Sponsorship (2 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed at<br />
Booths: 28 or 29. Your logo will be included on Signage above the bar. The cost of this<br />
sponsorship is: $235.00 plus your table fee.<br />
Photo Booth Sponsorship (2 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed<br />
at Booths: 1 or 31. Your logo will be included on Signage above the photo booth. The<br />
cost of this sponsorship is: $225.00 plus your table fee.<br />
Shake Bar Sponsorship (1 Available Openings): This sponsorship includes being placed at<br />
Booths: 11. Your logo will be included on Signage above the shake bar. The cost of this<br />
sponsorship is: $200.00 plus your table fee.<br />
Registration<br />
If you have a location preference, please mark it on the<br />
enclosed diagram and return with the enclosed registration<br />
form on or before April 10th. Be sure to enclose a check for<br />
the appropriate amount. Upon, receipt, we will contact you<br />
to confirm the availability of your table location.
Theme<br />
Decorate your booth in an “Fifties or Sixties Movies/TV Theme” theme<br />
(Examples: Grease, Happy Days, Bonanza and Gunsmoke) and you<br />
could be a winner for best<br />
decorated booth.<br />
Drawings<br />
Each Associate Member is encouraged to bring a door prize. Winners of<br />
the door prizes will be announced at 7:30p.m.<br />
Attendees<br />
All <strong>Middle</strong> <strong>Georgia</strong> <strong>Apartment</strong> <strong>Association</strong> members and Non-members to include<br />
apartment owners, regional managers, on site managers, maintenance personnel and<br />
leasing consultants. There is NO charge for attending the show. This should greatly<br />
increase participation. Please make your reservation no later than April 10th to Susan<br />
Hewett at mgaaonline@hotmail.com. We need your reservation to plan for food.<br />
The Trade Show is available to all paid Associate Members and<br />
Non-Associate Members who would like to join the Mid <strong>Georgia</strong><br />
<strong>Apartment</strong> <strong>Association</strong>. Only Associate and Non-Associate<br />
Members who have purchased a table will be able to attend the<br />
Trade Show. We encourage all current Associate Members to<br />
take advantage of this opportunity to display your products and<br />
services.<br />
