RPM<br />

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the<br />

rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your<br />

inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats,<br />

mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover<br />

your athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your<br />

endorphin high.<br />

Body Vive<br />

Les Mills Body Vive is a full body workout that leaves you<br />

feeling thoroughly invigorated, rejuvenated and energised.<br />

Using the Vive ball and Vive tube, you’ll enjoy a 55-minute<br />

group fitness workout which includes cardio exercise,<br />

resistance work, core training, mobility and balance. Great<br />

music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today provides the<br />

perfect soundtrack to your workout.<br />

CXWORX<br />

CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles<br />

that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's<br />

ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also<br />

improving functional strength and assisting in injury<br />

prevention.<br />

It'll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger.<br />

Groovin’ Mature Moovin’<br />

A low impact class designed to meet the needs of the older<br />

population. Promotes cardiovascular fitness, circulation,<br />

range of movement, reduces bone density loss and<br />

increases strength and balance. This class will help reduce<br />

your risk of injury from slips, trips and falls.<br />

Mature Moves Happy Hour<br />

The gym is open for an hour of workout time. Participants<br />

are free to use weights and cardio equipment in the gym,<br />

with an instructor on hand to answer questions and give<br />

assistance as necessary.<br />

Body Attack<br />

Body Attack is a simple, high-intensity class that’s fully<br />

optioned to cater for all fitness levels. You will experience<br />

high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness,<br />

along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.<br />

Body Balance<br />

Body Balance is a yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that<br />

builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling calm<br />

and centred. Controlled breathing, concentration and a<br />

carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to<br />

music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a<br />

state of harmony and balance.<br />

Body Pump<br />

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your<br />

entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges your major<br />

muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like<br />

squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome<br />

instructors and your choice of weights inspire you to get the<br />

results you came for—and fast!<br />

Body Step<br />

Body Step is the energising step workout that makes you feel<br />

alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements<br />

on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from<br />

sing-along music and approachable friendly instructors.<br />

Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear<br />

followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone<br />

your body.<br />

Fighting <strong>Fit</strong><br />

A boxing for fitness class designed for everyone from<br />

beginner to advanced levels of fitness. It’s great for anyone<br />

wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness or lose<br />

those unwanted kilos. Including boxing combinations, cardio<br />

drills, and specific boxing exercises. Come get fighting fit!!!<br />

A class pass is essential for all classes. Please collect this at<br />

reception before you enter the class.<br />

Please ensure you are in the group fitness room at least<br />

5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.<br />

Once classes have begun, late entry to the group fitness studio<br />

is not permitted.<br />

Some classes have limited places—please be early to avoid<br />

disappointment.<br />

To participate in the Fighting <strong>Fit</strong> class you must have a pair<br />

of boxing inner gloves (available for a small cost from<br />

reception).<br />

All classes are subject to change or cancellation without<br />

notice.<br />
