About the equipment designer, 

Mr Bruce Townhill 

Bruce Townhill is the founder and CEO of the 5 company structure. 

Punch Equipment, Punchfit Global, Blackbelt Pro (Sydney Australias longest 

established full time boxing and Muay Thai gymnasium), Blackbelt Pro 

International Wholesale division and the Punch Factory Megastore Test Centre. 

Bruce is a master trainer of 35 World, Intercontinental, Commonwealth, South 

Pacific, Australian and State Champions, having trained over 200 Boxing and 

Muay Thai ringfighters and 22,000 students. 

Bruce’s passion for Muay Thai is reflected in him holding a dual certified Khru 

(WMC & Authentic Muay Thai Association) and WAMTC referee and judge. 

He also holds a blackbelt in Taekwando. 

Bruce is the author and presenter of Punchfit Vol 1 and 2 Padwork DVD’s and 

is the author and demonstrator of Punchfits 50 Boxing Combination Manual. 

Bruce is the designer and principle presenter and auditer of Punchfits 4 National 

externally Accredited Boxing & Kickboxing padwork and group exercise 

certifications for the fitness industry.

2009 is the 20 year anniversary of Punch 

Equipment. From humble beginnings, $500 and 

a rented garage in 1989 - Punch Equipment has 

evolved into a multi million dollar international
