Apollon Body Aid FAQ’s GENERAL Q .What configurations of the system are available? A .Monaural and binaural air conduction, monaural and binaural bone conduction. Q. What accessories are included as standard with the aid? A. Monaural cable, AC receiver, and user guide. Software, screwdriver and measuring tape are also supplied with first orders. Q. Which type of batteries does the Apollon take and what is the estimated battery life? A. 2 x AA, 190 hours. Q. Are the Bone Conduction Headbands adjustable? A. No, there are four different sizes of headband to choose from. A “standard” size is supplied unless otherwise stated. Q. How do I determine the correct headband size for Bone Conduction fittings? A. For monaural headbands a measurement across the head from temple to opposite mastoid is required. For binaural headbands the measurement is from mastoid to mastoid. By using this measurement + /- 5 mm either a Small, Medium, Standard, and Large headband can be selected. (See product guide) Q . Are the cables available in other colours ? A. No, only White. SOFTWARE/PROGRAMMING Q. What software is required for programming? A. Starkeyfit two stand alone software available on disc and supplied with first order. Please note that it is not NOAH compatible and will require a Hipro Box to program. Q. Which programming cables are used? A. CS44 - standard 4 pin Q. Where is the programming socket? A. To access the programme socket the shirt clip must be unscrewed and removed. Q. Does the software contain fitting formulas? A.
