84 Lumber Company to Grand Open Hesperia Store
EIGHTY FOUR, Pa., March 18, 2008 – 84 Lumber Company, a
leading supplier of building materials and services to professional
builders nationwide, will Grand Open the company’s new Hesperia,
Calif., store tomorrow, Wednesday, March 19. The Hesperia store will
hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:00 p.m. tomorrow.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to provide the Hesperia area
builders with an unmatched level of customer service that is the
backbone of 84 Lumber,” said 84 Lumber President Maggie Hardy
Magerko. “We look forward to working hands-on with the local
community and helping to make a positive impact in Hesperia’s home

The store, located at 17071 Hercules St., includes a 3,140 sq. ft.
showroom, 3,850 sq. ft. office space, 35,010 sq. ft. storage facility,
and 32,400 ft. of exterior storage sheds on the nine (9) acre property.
84 Lumber received financial assistance in the amount of $525,000
from the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, which was used

in the construction of the store. The store is managed by Jorge
Espinoza and employs fourteen (14) associates.
A unique service aspect of 84 Lumber is that the company evaluates
each of its markets on an individual basis, ensuring that every store
offers the products and services demanded by the pro builder
