specifically on Asia and Europe, Culture360 is designed
to stimulate cultural engagement and enhance greater
understanding between the two regions. It is a platform to
inform, collaborate, interact and exchange ideas amongst
the arts and cultural communities across Asia and Europe.
Fuelled by the artistic communities of the two regions, it is the
culmination of efforts from the governmental level as well as
from civil society.
This website is dedicated to the Asia-Europe Foundation’s
Dialogue of Cultures and Civilisations programme which was
established to address contentious and sensitive cultural
and inter-civilisational issues. This website serves as a
platform for information-sharing on the various projects
within this programme.

CulturE-ASEF aims to support cultural exchange between
Asia and Europe by guiding interested parties to systematic
directories of annotated links of websites with information in
the field of visual arts in Asia and Europe. The concept of the
CulturE-ASEF website was developed by the editors of Universes
in Universe and brought to ASEF Cultural Exchange.

The Database on Education Exchange Programme (DEEP) is
ASEM’s comprehensive online portal on universities, student
exchanges and scholarships in Asia and Europe.
DEEP allows users to:
• select from an ever-expanding list of universities from the
ASEM countries, organised by country and by field of study;
• locate scholarships and exchange programmes available
form the user’s country of origin and the preferred country
of destination;
• identify official agencies assisting foreign students;
• obtain a snapshot of Asian and European education
systems, entry requirements and credit recognition
procedures; and
• exchange experiences of studying in Asia and Europe.

The ESiA website is a fully interactive website for European
studies academics, institutions and network to share and
collaborate. This unique online platform is a resource of
information, debate and research on European studies in
Asia and Europe. It contains papers, articles, conference
and publication announcements, vacancies and an extensive
database of leading European studies institutions and networks
in the two regions.
The eMonitor is the quarterly electronic newsletter of the
ESiA network with a readership of 8,000 in Asia, Europe and
internationally.

The Synergy Europe-Asia website (SEA-Images) is for the
promotion of film exchange between Asia and Europe. Since its
launch in January 2004, SEA-Images aims to provide a unique
pool of information on Asian film industry and its independent
sector, classified data on the diverse European film industry
and useful information for independent film makers from Asia
and Europe. The Sea-Images eNewsletter includes news, call
for entries and relevant articles.
