about tents...
tent capacities vary depending on the number of guests and
buffet tables, the use of dance floors or the placement of staging
or a reception area. the general rule is to allow ten to eighteen
square feet per person. at ptg event services a consultant will
help you select the appropriate tent size for your event.

do it yourself
pop-up tents are lightweight free standing tents. these require
a minimum of one 50lb sand bag per leg. they can be used
on grass or concrete and sullivan can wedding be installed by the customer.
these tents are also available for purchase in variety of sizes and
colors.

tension tents are rope and pole style tents that use tension in the
fabric top to add support to the structure. these tents are able
to handle higher winds and longer installations.

frame
frame tents consist of a vinyl canopy that is supported by a
framework of aluminum pipes. the framework does not require a
center pole for support, however, still needs to be anchored with
ropes & stakes or weights. we are always adding and upgrading
our tent inventory to offer you the latest products. the variety of
frame tent structures available provides a solution for any event.
pricing includes installation. additional fees may apply.
marquee/walkway
marquees are frame style tents that are often used to connect
tents to homes. they can also be used to connect several tents
to each other in cases of inclement weather. marquees can also
be installed on stairs and over narrow spaces. these tents are
available is sizes starting at 9’ or 6’ wide and 5’ long. the length
can be increased in increments of 5’ and 10’ and can extend to
any length required.

with the elegance of a rope and pole tent. this style tent is
available in smaller units and can be combined to create larger

our policy
reservations
reservations are firm when a deposit is made. the deposit amount
is a percentage of the total anticipated charges.
delivery
delivery service is available at a small additional charge. delivery
rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock.
additional charges are made for other than first floor delivery,
excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the
delivery vehicle.
responsibility
responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from
time of delivery to time of pick-up. please be sure equipment
is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.
we charge replacement cost for missing items, breakage and
damage, including boxes.
pick-up service
goods for pick-up should be assembled and available for parties
to go personnel. to avoid additional charges all items must be
clean and repackaged in the same containers as delivered.
tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and in the same
location as delivered. if the equipment is unavailable for pick-up
on the agreed date and time, an additional charge will be made.
late hour pick-ups can be arranged for an additional charge.
replacement costs
replacement costs or repair charges will be assessed on any
equipment damaged by the customer. charges will be assessed
for property returned dirty, china and other food service items
not fully rinsed and residue free, or linens returned with excessive
soiling. please make special arrangements when you know
you will not be able to clean items before they are returned.
a charge will be made for all boxes and crates not returned.
cancellation fees
any cancellations of a contract must be made in writing, signed
by the purchaser and dated. purchaser is liable for up to full
balance due if cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to
affair. deposits are not refundable.
