our policy reservations reservations are firm when a deposit is made. the deposit amount is a percentage of the total anticipated charges. delivery delivery service is available at a small additional charge. delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock. additional charges are made for other than first floor delivery, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. responsibility responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of pick-up. please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. we charge replacement cost for missing items, breakage and damage, including boxes. pick-up service goods for pick-up should be assembled and available for parties to go personnel. to avoid additional charges all items must be clean and repackaged in the same containers as delivered. tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and in the same location as delivered. if the equipment is unavailable for pick-up on the agreed date and time, an additional charge will be made. late hour pick-ups can be arranged for an additional charge. replacement costs replacement costs or repair charges will be assessed on any equipment damaged by the customer. charges will be assessed for property returned dirty, china and other food service items not fully rinsed and residue free, or linens returned with excessive soiling. please make special arrangements when you know you will not be able to clean items before they are returned. a charge will be made for all boxes and crates not returned. cancellation fees any cancellations of a contract must be made in writing, signed by the purchaser and dated. purchaser is liable for up to full balance due if cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to affair. deposits are not refundable. 41
