our policy<br />
reservations<br />
reservations are firm when a deposit is made. the deposit amount<br />
is a percentage of the total anticipated charges.<br />
delivery<br />
delivery service is available at a small additional charge. delivery<br />
rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock.<br />
additional charges are made for other than first floor delivery,<br />
excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the<br />
delivery vehicle.<br />
responsibility<br />
responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from<br />
time of delivery to time of pick-up. please be sure equipment<br />
is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.<br />
we charge replacement cost for missing items, breakage and<br />
damage, including boxes.<br />
pick-up service<br />
goods for pick-up should be assembled and available for parties<br />
to go personnel. to avoid additional charges all items must be<br />
clean and repackaged in the same containers as delivered.<br />
tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and in the same<br />
location as delivered. if the equipment is unavailable for pick-up<br />
on the agreed date and time, an additional charge will be made.<br />
late hour pick-ups can be arranged for an additional charge.<br />
replacement costs<br />
replacement costs or repair charges will be assessed on any<br />
equipment damaged by the customer. charges will be assessed<br />
for property returned dirty, china and other food service items<br />
not fully rinsed and residue free, or linens returned with excessive<br />
soiling. please make special arrangements when you know<br />
you will not be able to clean items before they are returned.<br />
a charge will be made for all boxes and crates not returned.<br />
cancellation fees<br />
any cancellations of a contract must be made in writing, signed<br />
by the purchaser and dated. purchaser is liable for up to full<br />
balance due if cancellation is made less than thirty days prior to<br />
affair. deposits are not refundable.<br />
