Mr. Mead said the Ayers tried to call but the phones were disconnected.
Mr. Taylor referenced the eighth cause of action, an order to complete work on the
Bartholomew case, and asked Mr. Macke if the order had been taken care of. Mr. Macke
replied no. No work had yet been performed.
Mr. Bray explained what happened with the Bartholomew issue.
Mr. Macke confirmed there had been a disagreement between the homeowner and the
Licensee regarding the scope of work.
When asked if the fine had been paid, Mr. Bray said yes. He then made closing statements
in his behalf.
Mr. Macke said a financial statement had been received on December 20, 1999.
The evidentiary was closed.
