CAUSE OF ACTION, AND TO RECOVER THE INVESTIGATIVE COSTS OF<br />

$2,749.82, TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OR THE LICENSE WAS TO BE<br />

AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED.<br />

The notice <strong>of</strong> hearing and complaint was dated April 6, <strong>20</strong>00 and consisting <strong>of</strong> pages 1-18,<br />

had been sent certified mail. The return receipt was dated April 11, <strong>20</strong>00.<br />

The notice <strong>of</strong> continued hearing dated May 31, <strong>20</strong>00, had been sent certified mail. The<br />

return receipt was dated <strong>June</strong> 1, <strong>20</strong>00.<br />

The hearing was for possible violation <strong>of</strong> NRS 624.3017 (1), workmanship which is not<br />

commensurate with standards <strong>of</strong> the trade in general or which is below the standards in the<br />

building or construction codes adopted by the city or county in which the work is performed;<br />

NRS 624.3013 (5), as set forth in NAC 624.700 (3) (a), NAC 624.6958 (1), and (2) (i) (1),<br />

(2) (l), (n) and (o), and NAC 624.640 (5), failure in any material respect to comply with the<br />

provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter or the regulations <strong>of</strong> the board by failing to comply with the notice<br />

to correct, and a contractor shall ensure that each contract for the construction <strong>of</strong> a<br />

residential pool or spa that the contractor enters into: is evidenced in writing and that any
