Please note: billable running time/footage will exceed actual running time/footage of your project<br />
Due to many factors beyond our control it is difficult for us to accurately estimate the number of hours required for telecine<br />
transfer. In order to budget this expense we recommend you use a minimum ratio of 3 to 1 (One hour of telecine for every<br />
1800’ of 35mm or 700’ of 16mm film transferred) to calculate this expense. You may supply your own telecine raw stock,<br />
but you will assume responsibility for it’s quality/performance.<br />
The following are <strong>FotoKem</strong> guidelines:<br />
• Proof of current student I.D. required when placing all orders<br />
• $25.00 minimum charge applies to each individual film service/item<br />
• 1/2 hour minimum applies to all telecine sessions<br />
• 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid telecine cancellation fee<br />
• Payment on all services will be on a credit card, check, debit card, or cash basis only<br />
• A 50% deposit required when placing all answer print and/or telecine transfer orders<br />
