GOVERNANCE (IPAG)<br />

The IPAG sprang from the defunct Local Governance<br />

Academy (LGA) that <strong>of</strong>f ered continuing education in<br />

four-modular Executive Course in Local Governance to<br />

local government <strong>of</strong>fi cials <strong>and</strong> employees in Cagayan de<br />

Oro City. Graduates had the option to apply for degrees<br />

in Public Administration with major in Local Governance<br />

through the Exp<strong>and</strong>ed Tertiary Education Equivalency <strong>and</strong><br />

Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) in MUST. Today, IPAG <strong>of</strong>f ers<br />

a two-stream program in Public Administration <strong>and</strong> Local<br />

Governance. It caters to both national <strong>and</strong> local government<br />

<strong>of</strong>fi cials <strong>and</strong> employees in the entire area <strong>of</strong> <strong>Mindanao</strong>, as<br />
