Appendix M Identification of variables used in summary level aggregation
To produce summary level records from the claim level files, it is necessary
to determine which variable to use to define the period of time represented
in the summary. Below is a list of each source file and the corresponding
time variable used to aggregate information.
All summary files are presented as quarterly records except the GHP, which
is an annual file.
