Registration: Registration of delegates will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of October <strong>2012</strong> at the Registration area, located at the hotel’s foyer right outside AKAMAS conference rooms.<br />
<strong>Conference</strong> Badges: Delegates are advised to wear their conference badge at all times during the conference, including social events.<br />
PC Stations: PCs are available to use by conference delegates at three selected stations within the conference venue. Stations are located in the three hotel levels (restaurant level, ground<br />
flood and mezzanine level) respectively. For the exact location of the PC Stations, please consult the Hotel Map found in the conference <strong>Programme</strong>.<br />
Internet Access: Free WiFi Access is provided to all delegates within the area of the conference venue. Just connect to the “Coral Beach Hotel” Wireless Internet Connection.<br />
No password is required.<br />
<strong>Conference</strong> Messaging System: Communication among conference delegates, either for business or for arranging to meet for a cup of coffee, is made easily available through the<br />
<strong>Conference</strong> Website. Using your laptop, mobile phone or one of the PCs located in the PC Stations of the conference, you can login into the <strong>Conference</strong> Website (www.cypruseen<strong>2012</strong>.eu) with<br />
the credentials received at the time of registration. Then click on “Participants Corner” on your left menu, select the participant you want to meet and choose between sending him/her an<br />
email or an sms.<br />
This service is provided free of charge to all conference delegates and helps in minimizing telephone roaming costs.<br />

National & Project Meetings: You will find time slots and the location of national and project meetings in your conference bag.<br />
Minimization of Paper Use: During this year’s conference, a significant effort has been made to minimize the use of paper through the utilization of technology. For this reason, brochures<br />
and leaflets have been replaced by QR Codes, which have been generated for each exhibitor, so that relevant information and contact details can be retrieved through Internet sources.<br />
A “scan” Smartphone application is required in order to acquire information through QR Codes.<br />
Bus Schedules: In your conference bag, you may find a table with bus schedules for transportation from/to the selected hotels to the conference venue and social events.<br />
Transportation is offered for free to all conference delegates.<br />
Tourist Information Guides: Tourist information guides for Cyprus area will be available at the Information Desk next to the Registration area.<br />

Venue: Dinner will take place at Paphos Medieval Castle Square, Kato Paphos, having as natural scenery the area’s key landmark and ancient monument.<br />
