Tire Analyst /Vehicle Dynamics Engineer<br />
Richard Childress Racing, amajor competitor in NASCAR’sSprint Cup, Nationwide<br />
and Camping World Series is looking for atire analyst with vehicle dynamics experience.<br />
The candidate should be well versed in basic tire mechanics and experienced in<br />
the analysis and treatment of tire force and moment data for use in vehicle dynamics<br />
simulations. Work done in correlation and model development with on-track force and<br />
moment measurements as well as machine measurements (MTS Flat-Trac or the like)<br />
would also be considered as abonus. Familiarity with the unique characteristics of oval<br />
track racing is desired.<br />
As arequirement for this position the candidate should possess, at minimum, an<br />
engineering degree (B.S. or equivalent). Afocus in motorsport and vehicle dynamics also<br />
considered as abonus.<br />

are urgently seeking to recruit aCAD/CAM Programmer/ Machinist to fully<br />
support our Machine Shop Supervisor,based in Buckingham. In return we<br />
offer acompetitive salary, company pension scheme, onsite parking and<br />
25 days holiday as aminimum for the right candidate.<br />
The successful CAD/CAM Programmer /Machinist will be responsible for:<br />
• Manipulating data supplied by our customers using the Delcam software (PowerShape and PowerMill)<br />
• An element of customer quoting will be required (full training will be given on this if required)<br />
• Deputise for the Machine Shop Supervisor in times of absence<br />
The essential qualities of the CAD/CAM Programmer /Machinist include:<br />
• Youwill be an experienced programmer who is capable of using your owninitiative<br />
• Must have previous experience of the above systems Delcam Software (PowerShape and PowerMill)<br />
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings<br />
• Be able to programme and use the five CNC machines<br />
