Rs.650/- each, fully paid up, with detachable warrants. 44774.23 -
(Secured by a mortgage of an immoveable property and pledge of certain shares
vide Debenture Trust Deed dated 16th October, 2008).
Notes :-
1. Part A of the ZCCB of Rs.300/- each would be compulsorily converted into one ordinary share of Rs.10/- at a
premium of Rs.290/- on 1.8.2009.
2. Part B of the ZCCB of Rs.350/- each would be compulsorily converted into one ordinary share of Rs. 10/- each at
a premium of Rs.340/- on 31.3.2010.
3. The holders of the detachable warrants would be entitled to apply for and be allotted on payment of Rs. 400/per
warrant, one ordinary share of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs. 390/-, between 1.4.2011 and 30.4.2011.
