<strong>Kosovo</strong> <strong>Trust</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> <strong>announces</strong> <strong>the</strong> 25 th <strong>wave</strong> <strong>of</strong> privatisation<br />

PRISTINA – The <strong>Kosovo</strong> <strong>Trust</strong> <strong>Agency</strong> (KTA) today formally launched <strong>the</strong> 25 th<br />

<strong>wave</strong> <strong>of</strong> Socially Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which are now tendered for<br />

privatisation. The KTA notified <strong>the</strong> SOE management and <strong>the</strong> relevant<br />

Municipality, following <strong>the</strong> KTA Board meeting on Thursday, April 5 th that <strong>the</strong>y<br />

would be privatised, and today posted <strong>the</strong> tender notice on <strong>the</strong> KTA website,<br />

www.kta-kosovo.org.<br />

The list <strong>of</strong> privatisation tenders for <strong>the</strong> 25 th <strong>wave</strong> includes 29 Socially Owned<br />

Enterprises (SOEs.) This will create 45 new companies (NewCo’s).<br />

All enterprises will be privatised via Regular Spin-<strong>of</strong>f, creating 45 NewCo’s.<br />

The last day for pre-qualification is: June 13 th , 2007.<br />

The Bid Date for submitting bids is: June 20 th , 2007.<br />

Please find <strong>the</strong> complete list <strong>of</strong> 25 th Wave NewCo’s available for purchase<br />

below:<br />

NewCo Agro-Industrial Complex A L.L.C. - this tender provides <strong>the</strong> opportunity to purchase Agrokultura<br />

Turkey Farm No 5 and adjoining Goat Farm with a total land area <strong>of</strong> approximately 5 ha. The Goat Farm<br />

includes Production Halls covering about 1,770m² plus ancilliary buildings amounting to abort 920m² and 4<br />

food storage silos. The Turkey Farm includes: Production Halls covering approximately 5,400m² plus a<br />

workers’ cafeteria and administration <strong>of</strong>fices amounting to abort 214m². The Subsidiary is currently rented to<br />

one tenant who manufactures Industrial Foam Sponge.<br />

NewCo Agro-Industrial Complex B L.L.C. - this tender provides <strong>the</strong> opportunity to purchase Agrokultura<br />

Turkey Farm No 4 with a total land area <strong>of</strong> approximately 2.5 ha. The premises includes: Production Halls<br />

covering a total area <strong>of</strong> approximately 5,000 m² plus administrative and service buildings amounting to about<br />

337m². The Subsidiary is currently rented to one tenant who is setting up to produce distilled water for leadacid<br />

batteries.<br />

NewCo Agro-Industrial Complex C L.L.C. - this tender provides <strong>the</strong> opportunity to purchase Agrokultura<br />

Turkey Farm No 3 with a total land area <strong>of</strong> approximately 2.5 ha. The premises includes: Production Halls<br />

covering a total area <strong>of</strong> approximately 5,000 m² plus administrative and service buildings <strong>of</strong> about 400m².<br />

The Subsidiary is currently rented to one tenant who operates <strong>the</strong> facility as for chicken rearing and<br />

fattening.<br />

New Co Agro-Industrial Complex D L.L.C. - this tender provides <strong>the</strong> opportunity to purchase Agrokultura<br />

Turkey Farm No 2 with a total land area <strong>of</strong> approximately 3 ha. The premises includes: Production Halls


covering a total area <strong>of</strong> approximately 5,000 m² plus administrative and service buildings <strong>of</strong> about 400m².<br />

The Subsidiary is currently rented to one tenant who manufactures furniture.<br />

NewCo Kualiteti International L.L.C. - <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>fering for <strong>the</strong> NewCo includes a site at Gjilan with a surface<br />

area <strong>of</strong> over 14,800 m² . There are numerous industrial buildings on site, including grain storage silos. The<br />

total area <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> buildings is nearly 10,000 m² . Main activities are such toll milling and storage <strong>of</strong> grain,<br />

manufacture <strong>of</strong> bread and o<strong>the</strong>r bakery products.<br />

NewCo Agriculture land in Bibaj L.L.C. -<strong>the</strong> tender presents opportunity to acquire a valuable land holding<br />

<strong>of</strong> 130ha in area, which has good agricultural and commercial development potential. The NewCo land is<br />

located about 500 metres north <strong>of</strong> Bibaj village and stretches towards Talinovci village close to <strong>the</strong> Prishtinë<br />

/ Skopje highway. It is currently cultivated for grow <strong>of</strong> grain crops.<br />

NewCo Agriculture land in Talinovci L.L.C. - <strong>the</strong> tender presents opportunity to acquire a valuable land<br />

holding <strong>of</strong> 70ha in an area, which has good agricultural and commercial development potential. The NewCo<br />

land is located about 1 km to <strong>the</strong> east <strong>of</strong> Prishtinë / Skopje highway near Talinovci village. It is currently<br />

cultivated for grow <strong>of</strong> grain crops.<br />

Newco Grafikos L.L.C. - is printing house located in Gjilan town. The Subsidiary provides services like:<br />

printing school books, note books <strong>of</strong> different formats, labels, lank forms, prospects and different advertising<br />

materials. The main assets <strong>of</strong> this Subsidiary comprise <strong>the</strong> printing house premises located in<br />

Gjilan/Gnjilane town that toge<strong>the</strong>r with administration space comprise <strong>of</strong> 1433m². The building was<br />

constructed in 1977 and it is in good condition. Total land area inside <strong>the</strong> fence is 0.92.03 ha.<br />

NewCo Farm Turiqevci L.L.C. - located in Skenderaj/Srbica municipality comprises <strong>of</strong> approximately 215<br />

hectares <strong>of</strong> arable farmland.<br />

NewCo Farm Mikushnice L.L.C. - located in Skenderaj/Srbica municipality comprises <strong>of</strong> approximately 204<br />

hectares <strong>of</strong> arable farmland.<br />

NewCo Farm Kline e Poshtme L.L.C. - located in Skenderaj/Srbica municipality comprises <strong>of</strong><br />

approximately 91 hectares <strong>of</strong> arable farmland.<br />

NewCo Lux Granap - Meteor L.L.C. - comprises a total surface area <strong>of</strong> about 121 m² . (The shop has a<br />

surface <strong>of</strong> about 90m² and <strong>the</strong> land plot behind <strong>the</strong> shop has a surface <strong>of</strong> about 31 m² ).<br />

NewCo Lux Granap - Dedinje L.L.C. - comprises a total surface area <strong>of</strong> about 165m² . (The shop has a<br />

surface <strong>of</strong> about 95m² and <strong>the</strong> land plot behind <strong>the</strong> shop has a surface <strong>of</strong> about 70m² ).<br />

NewCo Bujku Agro Center L.L.C. - is located in <strong>the</strong> Parcel 1316/0 Possession List 228 Cadastral Zone:<br />

Polac i Vjeter. The Agro-Centre is a one-floor building with a surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 600 m² and total land<br />

surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 10,383m² (building included).<br />

NewCo Forestry Economy Administration Building Vushtrri L.L.C. - provides <strong>the</strong> potential investor with<br />

this tender is approx. 13,125 m² and located in Arbëria, Prishtinë/Pristina.<br />

NewCo Krajkovë L.L.C. - with aproximately 390.63.91 ha <strong>of</strong> agricultural land along with cattle stalls.<br />

NewCo is within <strong>the</strong> Cadastral Zones Krajkovë, Zabel i Ulët, Shtrubullovë, Qikatovë e Re, and Lapushnik.<br />

The majority <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> agriculture land is categorized in 4-5 class and is situated near <strong>the</strong> main road Prishtinë-<br />

Pejë and has Irrigation. In this NewCo <strong>the</strong>re are also 6 farm buildings and an administration building which<br />

are in relatively good condition.<br />

NewCo Zabeli i Ulët L.L.C. - with approximately 179.85.71 ha <strong>of</strong> agricultural land (no buildings). NewCo is<br />

situated in <strong>the</strong> Cadastral Zones; Zabel i Ulët, Zabel i Epërm dhe Korreticë e Ulët. The majority fo land is<br />

categorized in class 4 and is served with an irrigation system. The land is found by <strong>the</strong> side <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> main road<br />

Prishtina – Peja.<br />

NewCo Zabeli i Epërm L.L.C. - with approximately 93.05.23 ha <strong>of</strong> agricultural land (no buildings).The<br />

Agriculture land <strong>of</strong> this NewCo is situated in <strong>the</strong> Cadastral Zone <strong>of</strong> Zabel i Epërm and Sankoc. The Main part<br />

<strong>of</strong> this land has an Irrigation System and is categorized in class 5. It is situated next to <strong>the</strong> main road<br />

Prishtina – Peja.<br />

NewCo Komoran L.L.C. - with aproximately 73.31.72 ha <strong>of</strong> agricultural land (no buildings). This NewCo is<br />

situated in Cadastral Zones Komoran and Llapushnik. The majority <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> agriculture land has an irrigation<br />

System and is categorized in class 4-5. It is situated next to <strong>the</strong> main road Prishtina – Peja.<br />

NewCo Liria Car and Livestock Market L.L.C. - comprises <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> land area <strong>of</strong> approximately 61,81.50<br />

hectares (618150 m²).and is located on <strong>the</strong> side <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> main road between Prishtinë/Pristina and<br />

Podujevë/Podujevo, around 5 kilometres from <strong>the</strong> centre <strong>of</strong> Prishtinë/Pristina city.<br />

NewCo Prizrencoop Prizren - Shop L.L.C. - <strong>the</strong> land <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> AC to be transferred to <strong>the</strong> Subsidiary consists<br />

a Shop, which is located in <strong>the</strong> main road <strong>of</strong> Prizren, and comprises a surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 138m².<br />

NewCo Liria “Shtëpia e Mallrave” L.L.C. - <strong>the</strong> shopping mall is composed <strong>of</strong> basement, ground floor and<br />

first floor/gallery with a total surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 0.19.60 Ha (1960m²). The retail complex/shopping mall<br />

is located on “Sheshi i Shatravanit” Street in <strong>the</strong> centre <strong>of</strong> Prizren. The shopping mall currently is leased to<br />

third parties.<br />

NewCo Podrima – Shops Rahovec L.L.C. - is located in <strong>the</strong> attractive part in Rahovec/ Orahovac town<br />

and includes a Complex <strong>of</strong> Shops.<br />

This Subsidiary includes 4 shops in Rahovec/ Orahovac with total surface area <strong>of</strong> approximately 541.5 m² .<br />

Podrima is one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> main companies for trade and retail in Prizren Region located in Rahovec/ Orahovac<br />

town and surrounding villages.<br />

NewCo Zupa Recane – Supermarket and Restaurant in Sredskë/Sredska L.L.C. - includes Supermarket<br />

building with basement and ground floor with a total surface area <strong>of</strong> approximately 275 m² and 473 m² <strong>of</strong><br />

yard as well as <strong>the</strong> Restaurant building with basement and ground floor with a total surface area <strong>of</strong><br />

approximately 140 m² and 229 m² <strong>of</strong> yard located in opposite site <strong>of</strong> Supermarket in Sredskë/Sredska<br />

village. located in attractive part <strong>of</strong> village Sredsk ë /Sredska.<br />

NewCo 25 Maji – Supermarket Duhël/Dulje L.L.C. - <strong>the</strong> land <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Enterprise to be transferred to <strong>the</strong><br />

Subsidiary consists a Building/Supermarket which is located along <strong>the</strong> main road Prizren – Prishtina in<br />

village Duhël/Dulje and comprise a surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 4 are and 94 m² . The supermarket currently is<br />

leased to third party.<br />

NewCo Sharrprodhimi “Farms in Mejdan” L.L.C. - will include land <strong>of</strong> 3 cadastre zones in Bellobrade (PL<br />

No 69), Buzez (PL No 89) and cadasatre zone <strong>of</strong> Kapra (PL No 92), <strong>the</strong> total surface <strong>of</strong> land for <strong>the</strong> NewCo<br />

will be <strong>of</strong> approximately 450 hectares <strong>of</strong> land including farm buildings (7) each with an approximate surface<br />

<strong>of</strong> 1,500m² registered in <strong>the</strong> name <strong>of</strong> SOE.<br />

NewCo “Thertorja-Exportuese” L.L.C. - is an attractive meat processing company and <strong>the</strong> only licensed<br />

producer in Prizren region.<br />

The production facility is located in <strong>the</strong> industrial zone <strong>of</strong> Prizren on a site with a surface <strong>of</strong> approximately 1.76.61<br />

hectares, includes 3 (three) production units and an administration building.<br />
