in Victoria and Police can issue on the spot fines
for breach of this law. Make sure you lock your bike
How to use nutritional supplements to the most
from your race:
Pre-race
To have a great event or race, you need to optimise
your training. By utilising Endura products in your
training regime, you’ll improve your performance
and your recovery. Two to three days leading up to
the event you may want to begin supplementation
to prepare your body for the event. You could
consider:
endura rehydration - Drink one dose three
times per day, two to three days before an event to
maximize muscle magnesium and endurance
endura Optimizer - Take 3 serves per day for
three days prior to event or as required to ensure
adequate protein intake and improving glycogen
(energy) stores
race Day
A combination of rehydration and optimal energy
fuel is the primary focus during a race and Endura
performance.
As preparation fuel have:
One serve of Endura Rehydration 30 minutes
prior to race.
One serve of Endura Optimizer or an Endura
If you are competing in a longer race (2 hours or
more), it is also important to supplement during
the event.
During the race
One serve of Endura Rehydration each 60
minutes of exercise, or at the 5km mark of a 10km
run.
One serve of Endura gels for every 60 minutes of
exercise, or at the 5km mark of a 10km run.
If your race is longer than 2 hours alternate a serve
of Endura Rehydration with Endura Optimizer
every 15 to 20 minutes. Aim to consume 750 ml of
fluids (or a standard water bottle) for every hour
of exercise. Have a gel with water every 30 to 60
minutes (as required) to maintain energy.
12
After the event
