To the Graduates of the Class of 2012,
On behalf of your student governments, the Associated Students of
Washington State University and the Graduate and Professional Student
Association, we offer warm congratulations as you graduate from our
beloved institution . It is an honor to recognize the culmination of your
student experience here at WSU .
We commend you on reaching this milestone . At commencement, all of
your hard work is on display, and we celebrate both your achievements
and the individuals who have contributed to your success . Remember to
acknowledge and thank those who have supported and guided you through
your college career . You have earned a valuable degree from one of the
finest universities in our nation, and the values you have learned at WSU
will continue to shape you into the person you become after graduation .
Commencement represents both a completion and a beginning . After
spending years together here in Pullman, life now takes us in many
different directions . Remember that Washington State University will
always be your home and the experiences you have gone through as a Coug
is what makes you world-class . We encourage you to remain engaged with
the campus and the Cougar community for the rest of your lives .
It has been an honor serving you this year and we wish you the best of luck
in your future . Once again, congratulations on earning your degree and all
