Event advertisers should note that 5–6 months planning is required to
ensure adequate notice to members. eg events Jan–April need to be in for
the December deadline to go into the January issue.

Prepayment is essential by cheque in advance, we do not send invoices –
and TYPED copy please: handwritten adverts are not acceptable. If you
have a logo please supply clean hard copy (faxes are not good enough
quality). Please Note: Quality camera-ready copy only or allow an extra
week for resetting, indicating your desired layout.

Hard copy to be sent to The Editor in clear type. If emailing copy please
send to the above address. Small items of a few lines are acceptable if
clearly handwritten, though typed manuscripts are preferable.
DIARY DATES: (send direct to administrator@badth.org.uk). Up to two dates per
individual or organisation. Dates for the six months following The Prompt deadline
date should be no more than 35 words max. and should be typed in following order.
Date of event, title & brief description, leaders name, venue, telephone number for
further details.
