EASE AND GRACE<br />
With Stacey Pelinka. The Feldenkrais Method is a unique<br />
educational system which uses movement as a basis for<br />
exploring habitual behavior patterns. In the process, you<br />
can learn to improve expression, overcome performance<br />
anxiety, and play with precision, ease, and grace.<br />

Ballroom A HEALING CONCERT<br />
This concert has become a beloved NFA Convention<br />
tradition and features George Pope, Katherine DeJongh,<br />
Kimberlee Goodman, Lori Akins, and Patti Adams<br />
performing works by Maggio, Donizetti, Saint-Saëns,<br />
Basler, DeLaney, Donjon, and Dankner. Dedicated to<br />
those who have touched our lives and those we have lost,<br />
the program offers time to reflect with the peace and<br />
serenity of music.<br />
