AGM DATES<br />
It is requested that the member countries, by either their National<br />
President or IRO, in a letter, fax or e-mail, let the <strong>International</strong><br />
Secretary know of the weekend or period when they intend to have<br />
their AGM and pre- and post- tours if arranged.<br />
If the dates coincide with another country, it is kindly requested that<br />
the particular country takes everything into consideration to avoid a<br />
weekend or period occupied by another member country.<br />
