As well as an appropriately presented reception area with<br />
a central reception desk, the centre has meeting rooms with all<br />
the necessary multimedia facilities and a social meeting area, the<br />

The rental prices given here apply to 2011, the rental price is indexed as stated in the rental agreement. Upon the conclusion of the rental<br />
agreement, a deposit in the sum of two months’ rent (the all-in amount) is payable. Further provisions on this subject are included in the rental<br />
agreement.<br />
Closed<br />
The reception is closed for a maximum of five days each calendar year in addition to official holidays. In 2011 Friday<br />
3 June, 23 and 30 December (only the afternoon). The tenants will always be informed well in advance of this.<br />

<strong>Twinning</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>Eindhoven</strong> contains a high-tech ICT infrastructure that is in keeping with the wishes and<br />
requirements of our tenants. Given their specific needs, we have opted for an infrastructure with optimum flexibility,<br />
rapid access, high bandwidth, good security and utmost reliability (fibre-optic).The ICT infrastructure is managed<br />
fully from the reception of the business centre. Service contracts are drawn up for all crucial elements of the ICT<br />
infrastructure.<br />

• With emergency power, air-conditioned with temperature monitoring,<br />
burglar and fire alarm and fire extinguisher unit. The server housing<br />
is individually lockable. Electricity consumption is calculated separately<br />
and supplemented by a surcharge of 100% for the use of the air<br />
