Competition Events
Individual Time Trial (ITT) 5 km women - 10/15km men
Team Time Trial (TTT) 10/15km
Road Race (RR) 35/40km women – 45/50km men
Accommodation
Accommodation will be in Hotel Hilton Garden Inn (5 Stars Hotel). The hotel is just 20 minutes
to the center of Konya. Internet, fitness (also fitness kit can be provide from reception for
fitness in the room), swimming pool etc...will be available.
First day gala dinner will be available and last day will be for special dinner and in closing
ceremony will be cultural activities and shows.
Every country will have their own warehouse.

Venue
Konya (Turkish pronunciation: [ˈkon.ja]) is a city in the Central Anatolia
Region of Turkey. It the seventh most populous city in Turkey. As of 2011 the
Konya Metropolitan Municipality had a population close to 1.1 million.

Culture
Konya has the reputation of being one of the more religiously conservative
metropolitan centers in Turkey. It was once known as the "citadel of Islam" and its
inhabitants Konya was the final home of Rumi, whose tomb is in the city, and
whose followers established in 1273 the Mevlevi Sufi order of Islam there and
became known as the whirling dervishes are still comparatively more devout than
those from other cities.
A Turkish folk song is named "Konyalım" (making reference to a loved one from Konya). Konya
produced Turkish carpets that were exported to Europe during the Renaissance. These
expensive, richly-patterned textiles were draped over tables, beds, or chests to proclaim the
wealth and status of their owners, and were often included in the contemporary oil paintings as
symbols of the wealth of the painter's clients.
The diet of people includes a large amount of bulgur wheat and lamb meat.

Entry fee
30 % of the entry fee shall be paid together with the 1st entry by numbers and the remaining
amount together with the final entry.
The price per person for the whole stay including:
- Accommodation (sharing in double rooms and in some cases triple rooms)
- meals (from dinner arrival day to breakfast departure day)
- local transports (hotel - competition/training venue)
- INAS capitation fee is
100 Euro per day per person (double room)
Total fully Inclusive 600 Euro (double room)
Cost for single room extra 30 Euro per day & person
Cost for additional days: 100 Euro per day & person
Transportation:
To arriving Konya you should land first Istanbul then Konya by Turkish Airlines. If you arrive
directly to Ankara you can take the high speed train from Ankara to Konya (around 1h30m)
Transportation in Konya will be covered by LOC. (Airport to Hotel, Hotel to race venues, etc..)

Medical service
Sports medical staff will be present during each day of the competition. An ambulance
will be waiting in the race venue and a doctor always be available in the venue.
Security and Safety
Inas World Cycling Championship will be supported by Konya Police Department and fully
supported by Governor and Mayor of Konya. Race roads will be fully closed and there will not be
even parking cars on the race venues. Roads are will be closed by barriers and there will be a
security person wait for all the exit of the roads. Technical cars will be provided by LOC.
Sports rules and regulation
According to UCI and INAS.

INAS World Championships - Athlete Eligibility
All athletes entering the INAS event must appear on the INAS Classification Master List
no later than the final entry deadline. Applications for new athletes must be submitted to
INAS as soon as possible.
Turkish National Championships
Non INAS athletes will be accepted as guests for the Turkish National Championships.
Accreditation
Accreditation cards will be issued to each athlete only after he/she has
personally shown his/her valid passport to the Event Eligibility Officer.
Accreditation will
also be provided to staff and other officials on registration, with passport
and two passport photos.
Health care
It is necessary for all participants to have contributory insurance cover.
Language
Materials/information will be available in English.
The teams should bring with them a national flag and national anthem.
Please for accreditation cards, send by e-mail each of delegation members passport
size pictures.
Arrivals And Departures
Any team can come any time to Konya accommodation fee will be the same 100 Euro per day
per person
