THE EVOLUTION
OF PASSION

THE FACTORY automation of the various production
Tony Kart was founded in 1958 and was
one of the first companies to follow the
American fashion of karting, forming a
craftsmen production of chassis for karts.
In 1983, with the entry of new management,
a radical change took place within the
company which, thanks to new investments
in research and production cycles, its image
was continually reinforced, rapidly coming
into the limelight of the World karting
scenario.
The help of specialised personnel and the
phases certainly enabled the leap forward
in quality and could guarantee a continual
development process. Machinery governed
by sophisticated software, guarantee
product standardisation. Special robots
carry out welding operations on all the
different points of the body without having
to remove it from die plane, thus reducing
the margin of error to a minimum.
In order to be able to propose chassis
which are always cutting edge and
competitive, Tony Kart dedicates enormous
care and importance to the study of new
solutions and to research into the latest
technology.
And it is exactly the avant-garde from the
design and technological points of view,
which represent the essence and
characteristic of Tony Kart, perfectly in
line with the conception of a modern
company, where every decision is backed
by a careful marketing study.
Nothing in fact is left to chance and the
investments put into developing new
methods of communication, such as
internet and e-commerce, have guaranteed

the widening and optimisation of the
distribution network, which over the last ten
years has strengthened, so much so as to
be present in 60 Countries in the world.
After 20 years, the long experience, the
passion for this work and intense
research, determine more and more
advanced technological choices and the
need to install new machines.
Consequently Tony Kart is increasing its
personnel and its structure, moving into a
new factory. This innovative, functional and
avant-garde premises, besides offering
high level services and assistance, is in a
position to guarantee excellent final
product quality.
Evolution: this is what hallmarks Tony Kart
from every point of view.

BEGINNING TO RACE
Karting is considered the “cradle” of motor sports, the first approach to the
world of four wheels and in many cases it can be the springboard to the
higher levels of car racing.
In fact this discipline enables the drivers to develop experience from a very
young age, forming a healthy competitive spirit. If you have already understood
that this is your passion, throw yourselves into it to enjoy the experience,
because it is never too early or too late to enjoy the emotion of going
around the track.
MICRO
It is possible to begin at
7 years of age on
the lovely little
Micro, a small
kart designed
and tested especially
to introduce small
children to the motoring
world and to transform in this way, a
game into a passion.
The Micro has a 50cc engine and a mechanical
braking system.
ROCKY
At nine years of age you move up to the Mini Kart, the entry level to the world of racing,
the first machine you can
use to participate in
real competitions.
For this category,
Tony Kart, recommends
the Rocky chassis.
It is registered on a national level and
has a 60cc engine with the choice of
either an hydraulic or mechanical braking system.

PRINT
SPRINT
The first step in the sprint class, using a gearless engine, can be taken at
the age of 13 in the Junior category.
The drivers begin to show their driving skills, taking part in the first
international races, and then moving on to ICA at the age of 15. The higher
levels, FA and FSA, represent a further step forward
and the highest expression of the class, where soft
tyres are used which allow high level
performance. The majority of drivers
in the international motor racing field,
including many Formula 1
drivers, have raced in these
categories, winning many
and important titles.
VENOX SPRINT
The Venox chassis is suitable for soft tyres
and is at the top of the Tony Kart range and
cutting edge technology. The frame, with
CrMo 30 to 32 mm diameter steel tubing,
between two side members with varying
30-32 mm diameters, results in a soft
front carriage and a rigid rear axle. This
particular technology, named B-TECH, has
been used for the first time in the karting
world. Like all the chassis in the Tony Kart
line, Venox can be supplied with ultra light
components, such as magnesium; double
circuit hydraulic brakes and bodyworks
which comply with all the international
federation standards.
Particularly suitable
for FA and FSA
are the newly CIK
homologated Tony
Kart chassis:
Venox and Krypton.
• Homologation: CIK FIA 54/CH/08
• Chassis CR-MO - Ø 30-32
•B-TECH technology: bi-diametric tubing
• Axle 50 Ø x 2mm thick
• Double circuit hydraulic brake system
• Rear brake disk self-ventilated
•Front and rear chassis height adjustment
• Caster adjustment with the proper eccentric
washers
• Steering wheel covered in anti-slip material
• Magnesium accessories
KRYPTON SPRINT
Krypton is more suitable for medium-soft
tyres, with a chassis using only 32 mm
tubing and, like all those in the latest Tony
Kart range of chassis, is supplied with a
rear and front removable torsion bars.
• Homologation: CIK FIA 52/CH/08
PRINT
SPRINT
RACER SPRINT
Racer is a chassis whose frame has 30
mm diameter tubing, a characteristic
which makes it particularly suitable for
those categories using medium-hard
tyres.
Karting however should not be looked at only from the extreme competition point of view,
and therefore Tony Kart dedicates some of its products to a less demanding public, who
practise this sport as a hobby.
Here we have then, Eikon and Psylo, two chassis for those who like to drive with or without
a gear box; provided with aluminium accessories and mono-pump brake.
EIKON
Realised using 30mm cross-section tubes and available with 40 or 30 mm diameter axle,
Eikon is particularly suitable for use with medium- hard tyres.
SHIFTER
HIFTER
The shifter is the category where performance of the karts is much higher.
The engines, equipped with 6 speed gear boxes, are in fact capable of developing
high power, while the chassis have
brakes on the front carriage, in
consideration of the high speed
they are able to reach.
The Tony Kart chassis for
this class are the shifter
versions of Venox and
Krypton.
In line with the characteristics
of Tony Kart products,
they are provided with,
amongst other things, front
and rear chassis height
adjustment; adjustment of
the caster with the proper
eccentric washers and 50
mm diameter axle. Venox
and Krypton in the shifter
version have magnesium
accessories and front and
rear removable torsion
bars.
