Need more smaller industrial space (under 5000 sqft).
Mixed use essential. Manufacturers combining on-site
factory retail if possible.
Co-location and new models for “incubators” and urban
accelerators, combining manufacturing, design,
professional services, high tech…
Zoning alone is not enough.
