A fine selection of wine by the glass is chosen for each course by the Sommelier, for the starters Rene Muré Pinot Gris 2007 and Lamothe Vincent Bordeaux 2008 and to accompany the main course, Vinas del Vero Gran Vos 2003 and finally with the desert, Kollwentz Eiswein 2005 a fine complement to this culinary discovery.
