Methods and techniques: Meditations, breath and body work, visualizations, individual and
partner exercises, processes to clear limiting beliefs, yoga, rituals with the elements,
inspired by A Course in Miracles. Daily group meetings and free time.
With 2 boat trips to free living dolphins, magical sunrises, 3 massages, a visit to a balinese

healer and a balinese hindu temple and ashram, sacred springs and temple ceremonies and
dances.
Dr. Ines Howe
earned a degree in medicine at the University of Hamburg. During her stays in the USA and
India she gained experience with methods of humanist psychology and eastern healing arts.
She was trained in BREATHWORK in the US and Europe, as well as in family constellation. She
is the founder of the ATMAN INSTITUT in Berlin. Ines is a seminar leader and trainer.
The first part of the seminar is held in Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, at the Suly Resort and

the second week is held in Tejakula on the north coast of the Indian Ocean at Villa Boreh,
www.villaboreh.com. Each centre is an oasis for healing and regeneration.
