Early registration rates are valid until July 31, 2007. The conference rates include all meals during the
conference (Lunch and coffee break), two evening events (welcome reception (Oct. 22 nd ) and gala dinner
(Oct. 23 rd )) and access to all sessions and the exhibition. The conference fee does not include hotel accommodations.
Please book your hotel room directely with the Estrel Hotel Berlin, mentioning the EHTC 2007.
Cancellations fees:
Until August 15, 2007, free of charge. From August 16, until September 30, 2007, 50% of registration
fee. From October 1, 2007 until date of conference or non-appearance, 100% of registration fee.
Substitute attendee name will be granted at any time.
