Quality system<br />
ASEM ensures product and process quality by adopting<br />
a systematic and rigorous quality management system in<br />
compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (VISION).<br />
The quality system, introduced in 1999, is certified by<br />
Moody International Certification and constantly updated<br />
to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company<br />
operations.<br />
Customer care<br />
The customer care service is led by a team of technical<br />
specialists able to respond with immediacy and clarity<br />
to customers needs, not only by telephone and via the<br />
Internet, but also with on-site visits and technical<br />
training courses. To optimize the process of care and repair<br />
of systems and to minimize response time, ASEM offers<br />
some effective services:<br />
- THE "HELP DESK PHONE" SERVICE can be accessed<br />
dialing the number +39/0432/967250, operating<br />
from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from<br />
14:00 to 17:30. A qualified technician provides initial<br />
assistance, or starts the procedure for repairing or<br />
replacing the product (Return Material Authorization).<br />
Based on needs and the type of support required, the<br />
call may be turned to the most suitable ASEM specialist.<br />
- THE "HELP DESK ON-LINE" SERVICE allows access to<br />
the ASEM customer care service directly online, through<br />
the company website www.asem.it. This easy and quick<br />
tool allows to request technical assistance for any repair<br />
service, with real-time monitoring of the request status.<br />
In addition to these services, you can send any request<br />
for hardware, firmware and software support to the e-mail<br />
address suptec@asem.it.<br />
Support<br />
ASEM assists its clients with complete hardware and<br />
software-related consulting. It also offers timely and<br />
effective firmware-related assistance service with the<br />
creation of ad hoc "images" of the operating system.<br />
The advantage is the reduction of storage space required<br />
to install the operating systems (Microsoft Windows® CE,<br />
Windows ® XP and Windows® XP Embedded, Linux<br />
and real time OS applications), keeping only the essential<br />
components for the proper functioning of the industrial PCs<br />
and the integration with key external applications.
