again at <strong>the</strong> history <strong>of</strong> different US interests acting on US foreign relations,<br />
and think how it might be in China, and how it might be with<br />
two such sets <strong>of</strong> actors in play, one in America and one in China.<br />
I don’t believe any <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se new actors in China has an interest in<br />
acting militarily against Australia. They have no reason to, and I’ve<br />
seen no evidence any would want to. Cyber attacks, yes. Everyone is<br />
into that. But <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> armed force? Not unless we became involved<br />
with <strong>the</strong> Americans in some kind <strong>of</strong> US-China hostilities.<br />
