Technical Rescue Equipment personal escape system EXO PERSONAL ESCAPE SYSTEM 50 ft of heat & cut resistant 7.5 mm Technora rope OK TRIACT-LOCK auto-locking connector with captive bar EXO PERSONAL ESCAPE SYSTEM The Petzl EXO Personal Escape system provides firefighters with a fast, reliable means of escape from a burning structure when using a conventional exit is no longer possible. In addition, the FDNY ran its own series of rigorous tests, putting the EXO through more than 10,000 evolutions at its training facility. These tests validated system performance and helped the department formulate proper usage and training protocol. No self-rescue rope system has ever been subjected to such thorough testing and scrutiny. The EXO Personal Escape System is certified to meet the NFPA 1983 (2006 ed.) standard.
