VII. Fields of Specialization
General Relativity, Cosmology, Black Hole Physics, Charged fluid spheres in general
relativity and Computational Physics. Experience includes the use of computational
programs like Maple and Mathematica.
VIII. Current position and teaching: Professor at the Department of Physics,
“Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Romania. I have experience in teaching
physics and the supervision of students, with coursework in the area of general, technical
and computational physics. I have used the Adobe Flash program for developing
simulations of the physics laboratories connected to the course of physics. The virtual
physics experiments are posted on the web page at the address:
http://physics.phys.tuiasi.ro/~iradinsc/index.htm and they work using an ID and a
password.
IX. Publications: Author of 3 books (one on the web) and coauthor at 12 book
chapters (2 chapters published abroad), author of 36 ISI quoted papers published in
prestigious journals (see the annexed list1 of relevant publications), 2 ISI quoted papers
accepted for publication in prestigious journals, 4 papers published in other international
journals, 29 scientific papers published in national journals and 22 papers published in
the proceedings of international conferences.

research projects.
