the UK please use our NEXT DAY* option, and add £7.50 the standard delivery
charge. If paying by cheque, please allow 3 working days for bank clearance.

RETURNS POLICY
If any items are found to be defective, we will give a full refund or replace the
item. You may return unwanted items within 7 days, and provided the item is
‘as new’ we will refund you minus a 15% handling and administration fee.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Place your order before 12 noon Monday - Thursday and
we will despatch your parcel for delivery (next day).
Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the
following Monday. The cost is £7.50 in addition to our
normal postage rate (see above). This service is only available
for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
