Description
The digital compact cameras Canon EOS feature
best image quality, colour fidelity and highest
image resolutions at an unbeatable
price/performance ratio. The seamless integration
into ImageAccess makes the cameras equally
suited for professional light microscopy and
macro or stand operation in industrial, medical
and scientific environments.
The Canon EOS module supports selected
models* of the EOS series. An intuitive, easy-touse
interface allows controlling the relevant
acquisition parameters such as image size,
quality, B/W or colour image, etc.
The camera’s native ergonomics and automatic
program features are fully maintained in the
software interface, so that image acquisition is
reduced to a single key stroke to generate
reproducible high quality results.
Using a 60 mm Macro Zoom lens allows
displaying a 2cm object in full format at a 5:1
magnification.
Each image is automatically calibrated upon
acquisition, in stand operation even with
automatic distance measurement**, allowing
direct measurements without the need for visual
references like scale bars.
All device and acquisition parameters are
transferred to the image archive and can be used
for documentation and presentation purposes.
