Kajukenbo Kids - Robert<br />
Appropriate for ages 5-11, children will learn strict discipline and the highest respect for themselves, others, and the chief instructor. In<br />
addition, highly effective conflict resolution skills will be taught. Make sure your child brings a water bottle, or sports drink. They are<br />
required to wear black karate uniforms which can be purchased the first class. Until then, students must wear all black. All levels<br />
Zumba® <strong>Fitness</strong> - Montserrat<br />
Get moving in this one of a kind, latin flavored dance aerobics class. The Zumba fitness class makes working out fun while experiencing an<br />
absolute blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Wear tennis shoes<br />
and comfy clothes. All levels<br />
Cardio Kickbox - Robert, Amid<br />
Gain confidence, strength, and lean muscle in cardio kickboxing class. Learn how to properly throw punches and kicks, and connect them<br />
into combinations. We don't kick in the air here, we hit 80 pound pro heavy bags. Levels 2-3 (A), All Levels (R)<br />
Advanced Cardio Kickbox- Amid<br />
On Monday nights, Amid kicks off your week with a high intensity mix of cardio plus kickbox moves. You wanna sweat? Bring it! Levels 3-4<br />

A strong core is your key to getting to your next cycling goal! Our instructors have your midday exercise prescription with 15 minutes of<br />

Back to Basics Conditioning - Robert, Erin, Adam<br />
No frills, no thrill, no heart rate monitors. Join Robert, Erin, and Adam as they dish out motivational instruction in a boot camp like style. Old<br />
fashioned training methods guarantee you to first find, then exceed your limits. Get lean and gain endurance, in this class, sports specific<br />
and agility training are a bonus; bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. All levels<br />
<strong>Castle</strong> Barre - Hilary<br />
Use the ballet barre to tone and sculpt your entire body, while Hilary mixes in cardio intervals to blast calories. All levels<br />

Jumpstart your weekend and get fit for everyday life with <strong>Castle</strong> Strength. This class takes you through a total body functional strength<br />

Keep your body guessing and the results will show! Join Hilary for this full body strength circuit class. High energy moves and use of props<br />

Commonly referred to as one of the quickest and intense ways to burn calories while consistently improving strength and endurance,<br />

Target Toning - Hilary<br />
Work to tone all areas of your body including those hard to reach glutes, hips, abs, and arms. You’ll complete exercises with light weights,<br />
resistance bands, balance balls and your own body to achieve the trim and toned look you want. All levels<br />
Advanced <strong>Pilates</strong> Equipment - Stephanie<br />
If you have been working at the intermediate level for a long time and are ready to move into more adventurous advanced exercises then<br />
this is the class for you. Know your terminology and be prepared for some acrobatics. Preferably no injuries. Levels 3-4<br />
Join Mandie on Sundays for an Int/Adv version of our equipment classes. Students should be injury free and know terminology. Levels 2-4<br />
Beginner <strong>Pilates</strong> Equipment - Leighanne, Mandie<br />
Develop core strength, loosen joints, and correct faulty body mechanics without building bulk. You will discover each piece of equipment in<br />
our dedicated <strong>Pilates</strong> studio and perfect the fundamental movements of the <strong>Pilates</strong> method. Specifically for newcomers. Level BEG-1<br />
Beg/Int <strong>Pilates</strong> Mat Flow - Montserrat<br />
Using only your body weight, mat work delivers you quick gains in strength and body awareness. In the <strong>Pilates</strong> system, mat work was<br />
created to be the next step after an equipment workout. Often it is more challenging for the student. This class flows from pose to pose to<br />
raise the heart rate and tighten the core, while remaining suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. All levels<br />
NEW MORNING CLASSES! Cardio <strong>Pilates</strong> Circuit - Stephanie<br />
Get a unique cardio workout by using the jumpboard and the chair to increase your heart rate. A firm understanding of how the equipment<br />
works is required and is not recommended for those with knee or ankle injuries. All Levels<br />
Fast Track Beginner <strong>Pilates</strong> Equipment - Deborah<br />
This class is designed for the pilates beginner who is interested in "fast tracking" to an intermediate/advanced level. The foundational values,<br />
exercises and philosophy will be taught from a traditional pilates perspective...focusing on energetic flow and an athletic style. All participants<br />
must be ready for a focused workout designed to challenge the mind as well as the body. Level BEG-1<br />
Intermediate <strong>Pilates</strong> Equipment - Desi, Stephanie, Montserrat<br />
Rotate among the chair, the reformer, the wall unit and the mat for a workout guaranteed to produce long, leaner muscles and a strong<br />
core. You will refine a number of intermediate movements in this fast paced sequence, designed to please both the expert and the<br />
adventurous intermediate. Levels 2-3<br />
