We can learn from countries without fossil fuels<br />
who already have Energy Poverty<br />
We need to fully exploit existing energy sources<br />
The UK only uses half of the energy in fuels used<br />
for power generation: the low grade heat is<br />
discharged to atmosphere from cooling towers!<br />
The use of fuels in boilers for heating buildings is<br />
thermodynamically flawed since we use flame<br />
temperatures of ~1500°C to heat rooms to 20°C<br />
Focus on recovering this energy, plus CO2 benefit
