About<br />
1. Top 5 Permit Holders from each roughstock event, based on total money won at the end of the 2012 season, which<br />
concludes on September 30, 2012, will be invited to compete at the <strong>Benny</strong> Binion’s <strong>World</strong> <strong>Famous</strong> <strong>Bucking</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> &<br />
<strong>Bull</strong> Sale in Las Vegas, NV on December 6 and 8, 2012.<br />
2. If any of the top 5 do not accept or respond by designated deadline, go to #6, #7, #8, etc. until 5 permit holders in<br />
each roughstock event are confirmed.<br />
3. Event ground rules apply. All permits will be accepted first, based on 2012 money won. This includes any contestant<br />
who was a permit member for any part of the 2012 rodeo season.<br />
4. Entry fees for the invited PRCA Roughstock Permit Holder of the Year Challenge competitors will be paid by the Sale.<br />
5. Invited competitors will enter through Procom as outlined in the approval listing in the Business Journal, no exceptions<br />
will be made. You must be eligible with the PRCA.<br />
6. Each invited competitor will have two-head. If there is not enough livestock consigned for the sale, a bonus animal<br />
will be assigned and the ride will not be official, only for points for the Permit Holder of the Year Challenge.<br />
7. In order to be eligible for the Permit Holder of the Year prizes, invited competitors must compete in all go-rounds<br />
and bonus rides (see #5).<br />
8. Winner will be individual with most combined points from all go-rounds at Sale in case of a tie, single highest<br />
marked score from any go-round. If there is still a tie, go back to original permit standings, if the tie continues, there<br />
will be a coin toss.<br />

Second place winner in each event will receive a pair of Justin boots and a Resistol 7340 Hat<br />
Third and fourth place winners in each event will receive a pair of Justin boots<br />
Fifth place winner in each event will receive $100 credit toward his PRCA membership<br />
