Repair main points and notes<br />
Adjust the tightness degree of belt<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Loose the screws fixed on the wash motor<br />
4. Move the motor to the correct position<br />
5. Re-install according to the opposite course<br />
Replace the belt<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Take out the old belt<br />
4. Install the new belt<br />
5. Adjust the tightness degree of the belt<br />
Replace the power cord<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Open the connecting box<br />
4. Unclamp the wire to connect<br />
5. Rotate the power cord clip 90 degree<br />
6. Fetches and leave the power cord fron the machine case(or the machine base)<br />
7. Replace the power cord to new one<br />
8. Re-install the power cord in opposite course<br />
Replace the wash/spin timer<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Open the control panel<br />
4. Unclamp the wire to connect<br />
5. Pull out the timer knob<br />
1.Tighten the reducer<br />
2.Replace the reducer seal circle<br />
3.Glue the pipe joint place again or<br />
replace the pipe<br />
4.Replace rubber cap<br />
5.Adjust the drain valve pole’s right<br />
height or clean the foreign matter or<br />
replace the drain valve<br />
1.Open the drain valve<br />
2.Clean the foreign matters<br />

6. Screw off the screws between the panel(and the back cover of the panel) and the <strong>tub</strong><br />
7. Screw off the timer screws, take out the timer<br />
8. Install new timer<br />
9. Re-install the timer screws,take out the timer<br />
Replace the wash program<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Pull out the knob on the wash program<br />
3. Screw off the screws between the control panel(and panel back cover) and the <strong>tub</strong><br />
4. Unclamp the plug-in package<br />
5. Screw off the screws fixed on the wash program,then take out the wash program<br />
6. Install new wash program<br />
7. Re-install the wash program in opposite course<br />
Replace the capacitor<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Unclamp the connction wire<br />
4. Take out the capacitor (or open the capacitor fixer)<br />
5. Re-install the capacitor in opposite course<br />
Replace reducer<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Screw off the pulsator screws,take out the pulsator<br />
3. Open the machine rear cover,remove the belt,loose the spin <strong>tub</strong> screws<br />
4. Place the protection cushion on the ground<br />
5. Turn over the machine ,make the machine base upside and keep it placidly<br />
6. Screw off the screws on both base and pipe,let the base totally depart from the cabinet<br />
7. Screw off the reducer screws,take out the reducer<br />
8. Re-install the reducer in opposite course<br />
Replace the wash motor<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover,remove the belt<br />
3. Unclamp three wires of wash motor to connect<br />
4. Screw off the spin <strong>tub</strong> screws<br />
5. Place the protection cushion on the ground<br />
6. Turn over the mahcine, make the machine base upside and keep placidly<br />
7. Screw off the screws both base and pipe,let the base totally depart from the cabinet<br />
8. Take out the power cord from the clip, which fix the wires<br />
9. Take out the base, put it on the working table and keep placidly<br />
10. Screw off the upper three fixed screws<br />
11. Take out the spin motor assembly<br />
12. Screw off the shaft screws, and take it out<br />
13. Screw off three screws of brake plate, and take out the brake plate<br />
14. Take out the spin motor
15. Re-install the spin motor in opposite course<br />
Clean the foreign matters under the pulsator<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Screw off the pulsator and take it out<br />
3. Turn over the pulsator, and clean the foreign matters inside the pulsator and meanwhile take out the foreign matters on<br />
the <strong>tub</strong> bottom<br />
4. Re-install the pulsator in opposite course<br />
Clean the foreign matters on the spin <strong>tub</strong> shaft<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the panel frame,screw off the screws off middle frame, and take out th middle frame<br />
3. If can’t take out the foreign matters under the above condition, please open the machine rear cover<br />
4. Screw off the spin <strong>tub</strong> screws, take out the spin <strong>tub</strong><br />
5. Clean the foreign matters on the shaft<br />
6. Re-install the spin <strong>tub</strong> in opposite course<br />
Replace the rubber cap<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the panel frame, loose the screws of middle frame, and take out the middle frame<br />
3. Open the machine rear cover and take down the belt<br />
4. Screw off the spin <strong>tub</strong> screws, take out the spin <strong>tub</strong><br />
5. Place the protection cushion on the ground<br />
6. Turn over the machine, make the machine base upside and keep placidly<br />
7. Take down the base screws, let it totally depart from the machine case<br />
8. Get out the rubber with tools(not damage the <strong>tub</strong>)<br />
9. Fix the base, turn over the washing machine and put it well<br />
10. Press the rubber cap into the <strong>tub</strong> by hand or tools<br />
11. Install the <strong>tub</strong>, belt, rear belt<br />
12. Install the middle frame and fix the control panel<br />
Adjusting drain valve rod open height<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Take out the adjusting rod, open two screws on driver<br />
4. Open the drain valve cover, if there id any difficulty, you can use unsharp tools to prize up the cover<br />
5. Take out the foreign matters by hand, if there is any difficulty, please use tools to take them out<br />
6. Re-install it in opposite course<br />
Replace the drain valve<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the machine rear cover<br />
3. Take out the adjusting rod<br />
4. Separately heat three jointing places of drain valve by heating equipment, when heat enough, pull down the drain valve<br />
to divorce it from the twin <strong>tub</strong><br />
5. Glue the jointing place between the drain valve and <strong>tub</strong> evenly, energize upwards, install the valve
6. Install the other parts in opposite course.<br />
Replace the pump<br />
1. Cut off the power<br />
2. Open the rear cover<br />
3. Remove two wires of drain pump<br />
4. Separately heat two places of drain pump by heat equipment, when heat enough, pull out the pipe of drain pump by<br />
hand.<br />
5. Loosen two screws of drain pump<br />
6. Take out the drain pump
