Invision invests in fast growing European companies with proven business models and significant growth

We invest in various industries with a primary focus on the following sectors:
Information technology and telecommunications, particularly IT services, software,
communications and electronics
Medical technology and healthcare services
Innovative services and products, especially in the financial services, media and entertainment
industries
Our investments typically range from EUR 5 to 50 million targeting companies with revenues between EUR 5
and 100 million.
Invision generally acts as lead investor yet we may also enter partnerships with other established investment

INVISION RESEARCH
The name «Invision» stands for «innovation» and «vision» and underscores the company’s deep commitment
to constant, visionary innovation. Since its establishment in 1997 Invision has supported, promoted and
implemented innovation in many ways and areas, both internally and at its portfolio companies.
The extensive network with universities and technical institutes allows Invision to publish innovative technical
and scientific articles and books, further augmenting its own technical expertise.
Invision’s partners developed a proprietary strategic concept for enhancing the value of the companies in its
portfolio long ago. The methodology behind the cooperation between portfolio companies and private equity
firms is an important part of this concept. Their research findings were published in 2005 in the book «Der
Private-Equity-Investor als Strategie-Coach».
A second book, «Strategisches Investment Management», was published in 2008 by Cuno Pümpin and
Maurice Pedergnana. In this book an innovative asset management concept is presented in which investments
in unlisted firms play an important role. Various partners at Invision contributed to the success of this research
project.
