M/s. S. N. Constructions is a passionately run and a leading civil
engineering company it offers various Engineering and Construction
Services in Civil structural and Electrical field. We at M/s S.N
constructions believe that to any sound construction the key ingredients
required are Quality, time and Customer satisfaction. Major emphases
are taken by us to achieve the benchmark of providing the utmost
customer satisfaction.
M/s. S. N. Constructions was established in the year 1974 as a
Proprietary concern under the banner of Essen Group of Companies by
its chairman Shri Santhan Nanu. The company started its operation in
the field of infrastructure development mostly Housing complex and
public roads. Due to the sudden increase in demand for various
residential projects the company has diversified its activity to providing
quality homes which include Commercial Complex, Residential
Apartments, Row Duplex. The company has created a niche for itself in
the market for the same and is actively involved in procuring land banks.
Since inception M/s. S. N. Constructions has been actively engaged in
Civil Contracting and infrastructural development activities. M/s. S. N.
Constructions has worked with various clients Private, Publics well as
government and semi government companies. M/s. S. N. Constructions
is registered Class 1 contractors for various esteemed Government and
semi government organizations like C.P.W.D, Mormugao Port Trust,
M.E.S (Military Engg. Services),Goa Shipyard Ltd. And Karnataka PWD.

in and around Goa and Karnataka and is working towards expanding
its operation into various other states.

workshop building, missile testing centers, magazines
explosive units, pump house, school buildings , storage tanks
and factories.
Our project management approach and strict adherence to

to bag various prestigious projects .One of our landmark
project which as shrine of holy cross at Bambolim has
received a lot of praises and recognition for our quality of
work and we pride our self on the same.

PROFILE OF THE PROMOTER
Mr. Santhan Nanu has started his carrier in 1970 in the field of
construction with one of the most reputed company in Goa and has
delivered his service up to July 1974 and thereafter he started his
own firm as a civil contractor and a real estate promoter in the name
of M/s S.N Constructions.
He has been widely respected for his commitment towards his
work and promise for providing quality infrastructure projects in the
field of housing and Real-estate Projects.
M/s S.N Constructions has been associated with various
prestigious projects which were completed in a stipulated time using
maximum quality and standard
One of his landmark project “Holy Cross at Bambolim” has been
highly appreciated and for which he has received an award from the
Arch Bishop of Rome.
He is very active in the contribution towards the social and
environment causes and has initiated a trust namely “Late Shri Nanu
Memorial Trust” which is active in providing financial and non
financial help to the society over a decade.
