Ware im Gepäck zur Aufgabe
1. Checken Sie Ihr Gepäck an Ihrem check-in
Schalter ein, aber teilen Sie dem check-in
Personal mit, dass Sie es für die Zollabfertigung
wieder benötigen.
2. Nehmen Sie Ihr eingechecktes Gepäck
zum Zollschalter mit und lassen Sie sich
Ihr Rückvergütungsformular gegen Vorweisen
der Ware abstempeln.
3. Lösen Sie Ihr abgestempeltes Formular
beim jeweiligen Bankschalter (Refund
Anbieter beachten!) ein oder senden Sie
es in einem Kuvert an den jeweiligen Refund
Service Anbieter.
Ware im Handgepäck
1. Lassen Sie sich Ihr Rückvergütungsformular
am Zollschalter nach der Paßkontrolle
gegen Vorweisen der Ware abstempeln.
Achtung: Zollabfertigung von Handgepäck
nur am letzten EU-Flughafen vor Verlassen
der EU.
2. Lösen Sie Ihr abgestempeltes Formular
beim jeweiligen Bankschalter (Refund
Anbieter beachten!) ein oder senden Sie
es in einem Kuvert an den jeweiligen Refund
Service Anbieter.

1. Check your luggage in at the check-in
counter but tell the check-in clerk you
need it back for customs purposes.
2. Take the labeled luggage to customs
where you show the goods to have your
tax refund forms stamped.
3. Cash in your stamped form at the appropriate
bank counter or send it in an envelope
to the appropiate refund service provider.
Goods in hand luggage
1. Go to customs after passport control to
show the goods and to have your refund
forms stamped.
Attention: customs clearance of goods in
hand luggage can only take place at the
last EU-airport before you finally leave
the EU E U.
2. Cash in your stamped form at the appropriate
bank counter or send it in an envelope
to the appropiate refund service provider.
